Orders, returns and replacements run through Amazon, which handles them faster than we ever could: open the listing → Your Orders → Problem with order. If a pencil arrives damaged or a collet fails early, message us through the order page and we'll replace it — that's the maker's promise on top of Amazon's buyer protection.
