Draw, + ity. The city of the pencil.
Drawvity started as one object: a 2.0mm lead holder whose brass ring slides on a magnet instead of clicking, spinning a 1940s drafting classic into something that behaves like a modern tool. Our factory makes the mechanism, our designers use the pencils, and our customers — drafters with forty-year studio habit, art students, job-site carpenters — keep telling us the same thing: this is the one that stays in the roll.
What this site is for
Half of Drawvity.com is a shopfront: everything you need to know about the pencil, with purchase handled by our Amazon store so you get Prime shipping, easy returns and buyer protection. The other half is the guides library — the lead-grade explainers, sharpening tutorials and tool notes we wished existed the first time a 0.5mm stub shattered over a finished elevation. We publish it because a rising tide lifts all pencils: if you don't buy ours, learn from ours anyway.
The honest part
We're not a German heritage house founded in 1877. We're an aluminum-and-magnet workshop with a direct line to the people who run it: write us and a human answers. If a unit ever ships flawed, the FAQ section of the product page explains not just the fixes but why the issue exists, because we'd rather earn trust than dodge questions.
